Dirty and gross!

The hallways were terribly dirty, the shower curtain had black mold, and the heat register in the room had dried staines....

Best Feature: water park

Stayed with my grand-daughter 4 nights and waterpark rented out most of the time to schools and birthday parties leaving no room for guests. Only clean part of hotel was the room.Carpets and balconies were filthy..Staff knew nothing about anything..NO Internet in rooms or front desk ..Very disappointed with the Ramada chain lately !!
