where do i begin.. the second hotel room we booked they gave away and were very uncooperative. The rooms were in terrible shape, the restaurant smelled bad. Very poor management!! Spoke with others that had similar problems

This has been the worst hotel we have stayed in edmonton.the carpets and furniture in our room was stained windows filthy no screens.no room service, tva 19 in tv with no movie chanels,no phone book in room to order takeoout.as freq travelers for the $ we have had much better rooms at lesser rates.hugely disapointed especially for a ramada hotel,will not stay here again or recommend it

We stayed here for a family wedding.One did not get the booked queen sized bed. The whole hotel is in terrible shape and needs an overhaul from top to bottom. It was raining and the roof leaked.
