Very busy weekend. Our hockey team was booked in as were others. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Excellent Service.

We checked in and went to our room, only to find it was not clean. The front desk guy kept going on about how it was a mistake, no kidding! The next night the power was off due to a storm (not hotels fault) then at 3 am - ish the fire alarm went off and then stopped. Nothing was mentioned in the morning and i was too tired to remember to say something. Also bad access to Victoria Avenue.
