Parked my car with Valet on New Year's Eve and when it was returned to me over $650 of items were stolen. Items included everything from loose change, work security badge, CDs, Jeans from trunk, phone and GPS rechargers. Hotel accepted no responsibility even though very evident that it was negligence on their part. Neither my wife or I consider it safe to stay at this hotel and we've cut all Hilton's from my business and personal travel plans. If you plan on staying there - Don't!

Staff was very professional. The hotel was clean, my room was clean and was thrilled with the whirlpool in my room.

great place for kids- the pool is really fun; though too much chlorine. The valet drivers were very polite- they do their best considering how busy the hotel is. Our room had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke though the desk said it was smoke free

Stayed there the 1st week my son was out of school. Everything is great about this hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, fantastic water slide in the pool, and connecting bridge Casino. Only issue I have is the charge of service for Internet connection. For the price we are paying, this should come free. Most other places that I stayed for business or personal trips have complimentary internet connections.

Staff was verrrry friendly and showed they really cared and i liked the swimming area but the rooms were disapointing. There was no refriderator or microwave in the rooms and you had to pay for internet and it wasnt in the touristy part of the falls. We had to drive to the other part to see everything. I would have also liked a little free breakfast. I also didnt like that you had to pay for parking. I would recommend staying in travelodge instead.
