I have been going to this hotel on a regular basis for years and loved it until I had to bring one of the dogs. We were put in a smoking room beside the laundry facility. It stunk and was super noisy. We complained and were moved after many hours of waiting. I filled in a comment card and never heard back...We will never stay here again
