Not what i expected, First night felt as though we spent the night in a closet. Had to roll over bed to get to the bathroom, which had no ventilation, no fan, window would not open. Shower head was faced so that the whole bathroom would get soaked when turned on. The closet(room) had a view of the parking garage. Upgrade to 11th floor 2nd night was nice, room to move and a balcony with a very nice view. At night there we had no hot water bathroom again no fan, but the shower didnt soak everything in the room.

Needs Improvement: rooms on the 8th floor too small

Great location. Older hotel & small room, but fallsview. Could have been cleaner. Good deal for the price I paid.

Negatives:no airflow so if the bathroom gets smelly the room does too. The elevators are very slow. It would be so full we had to wait again. The hallways smelled like chlorine & mothballs, luckily the rooms didn't. Our first night the hot water didn't work, the front desk said b/c the hotel is old to wait 5 - 10 min for the water to heat up it took 30 & was hot for 5. The hot water didn't work in the morning b/c the heater was broken. We went to breakfast & by the time we got back the hot water was working!

Wow, what a tiny room. My daughter and I shared the room. Had to go cheap, so didn't pay the $30 more for a view, so we had the closet across the hall (seemed like a closet). Ceiling light in bathroom leaked (water). Not worth the price. Took 3 elevators to get to room. Pool area was not as nice as picture. (cold water too) Had to pay for parking, and wireless internet. Was in a nice location though.
