Splendid

First class service, room excellent, valet parking great, the only thing is the Keg(should lower their price, (OK with the view of the Falls) but they are pushing people away. see you soon Best Feature: view Needs Improvement: communication

Bait & Switch

If you stay for more than one night, you only receive the dinner voucher for the first night. If you book 2 nights in a row,but book one at a time separately, as my brother and his wife did, then you get the voucher for both nights. The shift manager was rude and condecending. No help there. They should say in their 'fine print' that the freebies only apply to the first night. Best Feature: location Needs Improvement: service

Great Anniversary

I love the falls and visit all the time from Buffalo, but never stay at this hotel. The service is wonderful and the Keg is the best I tasted in Canada in a long time. I would stay here again. Looking forward to the next visit. I think the winter is the best time to stay if you want a relaxing and peaceful stay. Less traffic and people. Best Feature: Area Needs Improvement: Cleaning Service found some items under the bed

Decided to try it and we couldn't have been more pleased!! Stayed on 37th floor! What a view!! Best Feature: The View Needs Improvement: Meal price at TGI Fridays
