We had a reservation for 2 rooms. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms for us, even though we saw our names in the computer. The manager was hoping for a higher paying customer.!! All he could offer was the top loft for 4 adults to share. He was rude, of no help at all and hardly ever there. The hottub did not work, the shower was either too hot or too cold and the TV didn't work. The room itself was nice...but not for 4 people! Never again.

I had a paid reservation. When I got there at 6:30pm, they said they were full and didn't have a room for me. I had already paid for the room- their response: Sorry. Minutes later another couple arrived with their reservation and guess what? No room. And there's a reason it's only a 2-star. It's small, away from where the real hub of quarter is, you have a pay for parking and the "management" is some pathetic dolt who doesn't have a clue how to handle situations or customers. Don't waste your time with this hotel.
