This Resort Really Needs Upgrades in every area

I was with him at check in and check out.I surveyed the facilities to determine if I would recommend this hotel to my clients. As a travel agent, I would never book or recommend this hotel/resort. It does not meet the definition of a resort at all. It is more like a run down hotel with cockroaches. We could not get free silverware or microwave. Everything cost. The rooms are not clean and we did not feel comfortable at all. Best Feature: Near Hardrock Cafe Needs Improvement: Service, Cleanliness, Customer Service

Poor Service

Service was extremely poor. Could not get waited on in restuarant, no cleaning service in the room and on and on. Reservation was incorrect. Best Feature: Location Needs Improvement: Service

Alexis Park yuck

Rooms are run down as is the rest of the hotel. Not the cleanest place and feels like a motel Best Feature: close to Hard Rock Needs Improvement: rooms, cleanliness
