Hot Vegas Trip!

Traveler's Rating: Caesars Palace was a wonderful place to stay! The service was on point 100%! I would stay there again and again! It was the perfect place for a single traveler like myself. I felt safe and well cared for and I won some money! The Forum shops were very special. I went to Tiffany & Co. and got a Las Vegas charm - every girl's dream! Best Feature: service Needs Improvement: nothing

Great Hotel

The room in the Augustus Tower was beautiful and the service was great. All of the employees were pleasant, professional and quite helpful.We would definitely stay at this hotel again! Caesars out classes it in our opinion. Elegant hotel and extremely friendly and courteous hotel personnel. Comfortable accomodations and everyhing you need is within the hotel grounds. Great location positioned in the center in the strip. Best Feature: Location and friendly staff Needs Improvement: Nothing

Old Uncomfortable Rooms

Were were expecting an upper level experience, but ended up in a room with an uncomfortable bed that seemed like it belonged in the New Frontier. We will choose one of our regular hotels in Las Vegas next time. Best Feature: Location Needs Improvement: Rooms
