We stayed in a suite with 2 double beds and a sofa sleeper. Didn't have any problems with beds- they are pretty good. Customer service is very good in all areas. Didn't have problem with living off the Strip- shuttle van was available to and from Planet Holliwood Hotel any time. room vas very cleanand spacious. Breakfast exceptional. We had a very good stay.
